Job Summary:
The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks. This role assists in recruitment, employee records management, and HR processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Prepare HR documents (contracts, letters, reports)
Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR support
Track attendance, leaves, and employee data
Assist in organizing training and company events
Ensure confidentiality of employee information
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor law
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Preferred Skills:
Experience with HR systems or databases
Multilingual (Kurdish, Arabic, English)
