Job Summary

We are seeking an Optics Support Engineer to work under the supervision of the NOC Manager. The role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting SDH/DWDM transport networks to ensure stable and reliable network operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and troubleshoot SDH/DWDM network issues and alarms.

  • Support incident management and escalation activities.

  • Assist in service provisioning and activation of optical services.

  • Provide remote support to field engineers.

  • Participate in network maintenance, upgrades, and shift operations.

Requirements

  • BSc in Engineering or Computer Science or a related field. •

  • Fresh graduates are welcome.

  • Basic knowledge of telecommunications and networking is preferred. •

  • Ability to work rotating shifts. •

  • Good communication skills in English; Kurdish or Arabic is a plus
