Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing content across channels, overseeing public relations, and ensuring brand consistency. Collaborates with teams and agencies to enhance brand awareness, optimize digital platforms, and analyze campaign performance
Key Responsibilities
Execute indirect sales strategies in the assigned region.
Ensure compliance with Fastlink’s policies and operational standards.
Conduct regular field visits to POSs and Showrooms.
Report market intelligence on competitors and consumer trends.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Engage POS staff with Fastlink’s products, promotions, and incentives.
Provide accurate daily/weekly reports on sales targets, rejected contracts, documentation issues, and stock irregularities.
Coordinate with Sales Supervisors and support distributor issue resolution.
Collaborate with Fastpay teams on shared field activities and activation targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in telecom, sales, or key account management.
Experience in field operations or indirect sales channels is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Readiness for fieldwork with high mobility.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic; English is an advantage.
