We are seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Manager (MARCOM) to lead and manage the company’s marketing communications strategy. The role is responsible for brand messaging, creative content, public relations, and internal communications, ensuring consistent, high-quality communication aligned with the company’s brand and strategic objectives
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company’s marketing communications and brand strategy.
Manage and oversee creative content production including design, copywriting, video, and digital content.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
Lead public relations activities, press releases, and media communications.
Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and communication agencies.
Oversee internal communications and leadership messaging.
Plan and support corporate events, launches, sponsorships, and CSR initiatives.
Ensure brand guidelines and corporate identity are applied consistently.
Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, B2B, HR, and Management.
Monitor communication performance, brand awareness, and engagement KPIs.
Prepare reports and updates for senior management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
7–10+ years of experience in marketing communications, branding, PR, or related roles.
Experience in telecom, technology, or large corporate environments is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
