The Power Manager is responsible for overseeing all power and electromechanical systems across Fastlink networks, including power equipment, air conditioning, generators, fuel systems, and related infrastructure. The role requires strong expertise in power systems design, maintenance, and operations, as well as project management, procurement, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee power systems, A/C units, generators, fuel logistics, and related infrastructure.
Lead the Power Operations team, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Plan, procure, and manage spare parts and materials efficiently.
Design and maintain DC power systems, UPS, batteries, and solar power solutions.
Monitor performance using KPIs and implement preventive and corrective maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation, and commissioning of equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety codes, telecom regulations, and environmental standards.
Provide technical guidance, training, and support to subordinates and technicians.
Develop energy efficiency plans and hybrid power solutions (diesel-solar-battery).
Prepare budgets (CAPEX & OPEX) and maintain accurate technical documentation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering – Power section.
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in power-related projects or maintenance.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and engineering skills.
Ability to prepare ITT packages and evaluate power tenders.
Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure and beyond normal hours.
Language skills: Kurdish (Native), English (fluent), Arabic (excellent).
Software proficiency: PVsyst, AutoCAD, CADETAP.
