IN Engineer

The IN Engineer is responsible for monitoring, supporting, and maintaining IN/WSC/DWH systems to ensure high availability and performance. The role includes first-level troubleshooting, fault resolution, service configuration, and performance monitoring in live network environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze IN/WSC/DWH system performance

  • Perform first-level fault diagnosis and issue resolution

  • Support live network operations and manage trouble tickets

  • Configure and support services on the Online Charging System (OCS)

  • Monitor applications and report performance issues

  • Assist with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field

  • 1-3 years’ experience in Telecommunications/IT with IN systems

  • Knowledge of Intelligent Network concepts and Online Charging System (OCS)

  • Experience with Oracle SQL/PL, and Oracle databases

  • Understanding of DIAMETER, XML, SOAP protocols

  • Experience with Linux/UNIX systems
