The B2B Sales Team leader is responsible for leading and developing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding the SME customer base. The role involves implementing sales strategies, managing pipelines and forecasts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share (focus on SME).
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across different sectors.
Create market segmentation, and CRM, and conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to adjust sales strategies.
Work closely with marketing to achieve new bundles.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Report directly to the Wholesale and Enterprise Director.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, in Telecom sector.
Strong understanding of Internet services (fiber, wireless, and 4G technologies).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic and English.
Strong knowledge of the local market in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq.
Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
Certification in sales management or telecom-related fields is an advantage.
