Responsible for overseeing daily showroom operations, leading the retail team, and driving sales performance, with a focus on SIM activations and bundles. Ensures excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance with telecom policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day showroom operations and staff
Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
Monitor SIM activations, bundles, and overall sales performance
Ensure high-quality customer service and handle escalations
Ensure compliance with KYC and telecom regulations
Prepare and track reports using Excel and internal systems
Maintain showroom standards and customer experience
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
3–5 years of experience in telecom retail
Previous experience in a supervisory or showroom management role
Strong leadership, sales, and communication skills
Familiarity with telecom systems and Microsoft Excel
Experience with ERP systems is a plus
