Job Purpose
Lead business analysis for telecom bundles, commercial performance, and market intelligence by transforming data into actionable insights that support pricing decisions, bundle optimization, revenue growth, and data-driven marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze telecom bundle and offer performance across prepaid, capped, unlimited, and promotional products by tracking revenue, subscriber growth, ARPU, usage, penetration, and customer trends.
Evaluate pricing strategies, promotions, campaign effectiveness, churn, retention, and upsell opportunities to improve commercial performance and maximize revenue.
Conduct detailed customer segmentation, lifecycle, and usage behavior analysis to support targeted marketing and commercial decision-making.
Analyze geographic, regional, and channel performance to identify market gaps, customer demand patterns, and location-based business opportunities.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive-level reports, dashboards, and board presentations with clear insights, recommendations, and performance analysis.
Support strategic planning through forecasting, scenario modeling, competitive benchmarking, market research, and bundle optimization initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, B2B, Revenue Assurance, Network, and IT teams to align analytics with business priorities and commercial objectives.
Improve reporting automation, dashboard quality, and data accuracy by working with BI and technical teams to strengthen analytical capabilities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field.
7–10+ years of experience in telecom business analysis, commercial analytics, or market intelligence.
Mandatory telecom operator experience with strong understanding of bundles, pricing, ARPU, and customer behavior.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, reporting, and executive presentation skills.
Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insights and recommendations.
