Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights that support business decisions. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data, developing dashboards using Tableau and Qlik, and supporting revenue assurance activities to enhance data accuracy and financial performance through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using Tableau, Qlik, and SQL.

  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

  • Monitor data quality, investigate issues, and ensure data accuracy and revenue integrity.

  • Perform fraud detection, anomaly analysis, and automated monitoring for revenue assurance.

  • Prepare regular operational and performance reports.

  • Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and Technical teams to improve data-driven processes and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.

  • Proficiency in English with strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Qlik.

  • Knowledge of SQL and programming languages like Python or PHP is preferred.

  • Familiarity with databases, operating systems, and AI/data mining concepts is an advantage.

  • Relevant Data Analytics or BI certifications are a plus.
