We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead construction and rehabilitation projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in turnkey project delivery, water and drainage systems, MEP works, and finishing activities, with solid knowledge of local market materials and contractor networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise construction and rehabilitation projects from start to handover.

• Manage turnkey project execution, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget compliance.

• Coordinate civil, MEP, and finishing works across multiple project phases.

• Oversee water supply, drainage, and infrastructure-related activities.

• Work closely with specialized foremen, contractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, technical specifications, and project requirements.

• Source and evaluate local construction materials and products.

• Prepare project reports, site updates, and progress tracking documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction and rehabilitation projects.

• Proven experience managing turnkey projects from initiation to completion.

• Strong knowledge of water and drainage systems, MEP works, and interior/exterior finishing.

• Familiarity with locally available construction materials and suppliers.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage teams and maintain a reliable network of specialized foremen.
