Voice Engineering & Support Team

The Voice Engineering & Support Team manages and supports voice platforms, resolves incidents, ensures service availability, and maintains quality service delivery within SLA requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support voice platforms including PortaOne, Telcobridge, Genesys, PBX, SBCs, and related systems.

  • Configure and maintain SIP trunks, PRI, IVR, voice gateways, call routing, and integrations.

  • Monitor voice system performance, availability, and service quality.

  • Support customers, handle incidents, requests, and NOC escalations within SLA timelines.

  • Troubleshoot voice network issues related to SIP, RTP, PRI, SBCs, gateways, and routing.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, consultants, and customers when required.

  • Maintain documentation, reports, access control, and operational procedures.

  • Support voice-related projects, upgrades, and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related field.

    Experience in VoIP, Unified Communications, and Telecom systems.

  • Knowledge of SIP, RTP, PRI, SBCs, PBX, gateways, TCP/IP, QoS, VLANs, and routing.

  • Experience with PortaOne, Telcobridge, Genesys, or similar platforms is preferred.

  • Strong troubleshooting, customer support, communication, and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work under SLA-driven environments and manage multiple priorities.
