Energy & Power Systems Lead Engineer
We are hiring an Electrical Engineer to support telecom power systems, site maintenance, generators, ATS, and technical documentation, ensuring reliable and efficient project execution.

Newroz Telecom is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to design, supervise, and maintain reliable electrical power systems, ensuring efficient telecom operations, site support, and proper technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize DC power systems, including rectifiers, battery, cable sizing, ATS, and electrical distribution.
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot generators and power systems.
Supervise site maintenance activities, contractors, and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
Prepare technical datasheets, BOMs, drawings, and reports using AutoCAD and MS Office.
Travel to project sites when required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
3+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
Strong knowledge of DC systems, batteries, rectifiers, cables, ATS, electrical distribution, and diesel generators.
Experience in lithium and lead-acid battery maintenance.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Strong English communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage contractors, and solve problems effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
