Civil Engineering Manager
Civil Engineering Manager needed to lead LTE site rollouts and civil construction. Oversee designs, manage contractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Manager to lead all civil engineering activities related to telecom infrastructure projects, including LTE site rollout, civil construction, and technical implementation. The successful candidate will oversee project execution, ensure compliance with engineering standards and HSE requirements, manage contractors, optimize project costs, and lead the Civil Engineering team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, supervision, and execution of telecom civil engineering and LTE site rollout projects.
Review and approve civil engineering designs, structural calculations, drawings, and technical specifications.
Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards.
Evaluate construction materials and engineering solutions to improve quality and cost efficiency.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall project performance.
Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BoQs), Scope of Work (SoW), and engineering specifications.
Conduct site inspections, technical audits, and implement risk mitigation plans.
Collaborate with Network Planning, Operations, Procurement, and PMO teams.
Drive engineering standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead, coach, and develop the Civil Engineering team.
Support procurement by technically evaluating contractors, suppliers, and construction methodologies.
Prepare project progress and technical reports for senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, infrastructure deployment, or construction management.
Proven experience managing LTE/mobile network rollout or telecommunications infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of civil and structural engineering design review.
Experience in contractor management, BoQ preparation, Scope of Work development, and engineering documentation.
Strong project management, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools is preferred.
