We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to manage, maintain, and support enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring the availability, reliability, security, and performance of critical systems, including virtualization, servers, storage, networking, Microsoft 365, backup and disaster recovery, monitoring, and VoIP infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support virtualization platforms including VMware, OpenStack, KVM, and Hyper-V.

• Administer SAN/HCI, servers, storage, and operating systems.

• Manage Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and Group Policy.

• Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Purview.

• Maintain backup, disaster recovery, immutable storage, and business continuity solutions.

• Support core networking, including VLANs, virtual switching, NAT, DNS, and SSL/TLS.

• Monitor infrastructure using SNMP, NetFlow/sFlow, Syslog, and SIEM solutions.

• Support and troubleshoot IP-PBX, SIP trunks, and VoIP endpoints.

• Perform infrastructure troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, upgrades, and performance optimization.

• Maintain technical documentation and ensure infrastructure security and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering or administration.

• Strong knowledge of virtualization, networking, storage, Windows/Linux, Microsoft 365, backup/DR, and monitoring.

• Proficiency in PowerShell and Bash scripting.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Certifications such as CCNA, VCP, SC-300, VMCE, and RHCSA are preferred.

• English is mandatory; Kurdish and Arabic are required.
