Data Center Product & Commercial Manager
Shape and launch profitable Tier IV data center services, from pricing and packaging to market strategy, while partnering across sales, technology, and marketing to drive growth.

Responsible for owning the company's Tier IV Data Center product portfolio, defining pricing, packaging and commercial models, and preparing the full service catalogue for market launch and sustained profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end Data Center product portfolio, from proposition design through to commercial launch.
Develop colocation, cloud, connectivity, cybersecurity, managed services, and AI/GPU propositions.
Define pricing models, service packages, SLAs, and commercial terms for each product line.
Build tailored propositions for government, enterprise, banking, ISP, and international segments.
Track product profitability, margin performance, and overall portfolio competitiveness.
Benchmark regional and international Data Center providers on pricing, capability, and positioning.
Coordinate product launches with the Sales, Presales, Technical, and Marketing teams.
Prepare business cases, revenue forecasts, and go-to-market plans for new services.
Support Sales with commercial modelling, pricing approvals, and non-standard deal structures.
Maintain product documentation, service catalogues, and internal enablement material.
Monitor market trends, customer demand, and new revenue opportunities in the Data Center market.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years in telecom, cloud, data center, or enterprise ICT product management.
Strong commercial, pricing, and financial modelling capability.
Working knowledge of colocation, cloud, connectivity, and managed-service portfolios.
Experience taking new products or services from definition through to market launch.
Ability to work across technical, sales, finance, and marketing teams.
Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
Excellent English; Arabic preferred, Kurdish is an advantage.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
