Data Center Presales & Solutions Architect

Responsible for translating customer requirements into technically and commercially viable Data Center solutions, supporting the sales cycle with solution design, technical proposals, and end-to-end architecture ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical discovery and requirements assessment with enterprise and government customers.
Design colocation, cloud, connectivity, cybersecurity, and managed-service solutions.
Prepare technical proposals, bills of materials, solution architectures, and design documents.
Support Sales in customer presentations, workshops, tenders, and negotiations.
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical clarification requests within agreed deadlines.
Coordinate feasibility and capacity checks with Network, Cloud, Security, and Data Center Operations.
Ensure proposed solutions comply with company standards, SLAs, and Tier IV design principles.
Produce high-level and low-level designs and hand over to delivery teams after contract signature.
Build and maintain reusable solution templates, reference architectures, and demonstration material.
Provide accurate cost inputs and technical assumptions to support pricing decisions.
Maintain current knowledge of cloud, AI/GPU, networking, and cybersecurity technologies.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in cloud, networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or Data Center solution design.
Relevant technical certifications (Cisco, VMware, AWS, Azure, or equivalent) are preferred.
Strong understanding of colocation, power and cooling, virtualization, and managed services.
Proven experience supporting enterprise sales teams in a presales capacity.
Ability to translate complex technical designs into clear commercial value for customers.
Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Excellent English; Arabic preferred, Kurdish is an advantage.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
