We are seeking an experienced Senior IP Core Engineer to join our IP Core team under the supervision of the IP Manager. The role is responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing IP networks supporting broadband and mobile services, ensuring network reliability and service performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations, maintenance, and monitoring of IP Core networks.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex routing issues related to IS-IS, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and Segment Routing.

• Maintain and troubleshoot L2VPN, L3VPN, Multicast, QoS, and MPLS-TE services.

• Monitor network performance, identify issues, and support capacity planning.

• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents and implement corrective solutions.

• Coordinate with vendors, manage TAC cases, and handle Requests for Change (RFCs).

• Prepare technical documentation, MOPs, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve network faults and service issues.

• Support network projects and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IP Core or IP Transport Networks.

• Strong knowledge of IS-IS, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, Segment Routing, Multicast, QoS, and VPN technologies.

• Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS-XR, Nokia SR OS, or Huawei VRP.

• Knowledge of Wireshark and packet analysis tools.

• CCNP, HCIP, NRS II, or equivalent certifications are preferred.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and customer-focused skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
